Us
CTR Triangle TMO is a tenant management organisation that works to ensure the wellbeing of our tenants and the neighbourhood. We are responsible for housing and tenancy management of over 200 residential properties on Trinity Gardens, Cliff Walk, Radley Terrace and Avondale Court in Newham. Our team of dedicated professionals provides support to our tenants and ensures that our residents have a safe and secure place to call home. We also offer a variety of programmes and initiatives to help our tenants get the most out of their tenancy.
TMO Membership
At CTR Triangle TMO, we strive to provide a better life for our tenants and the local community. We are dedicated to working closely with our tenants to make sure their needs are met and their voices are heard. As a Tenant Management Organisation, we are the voice for our residents and the community. We are always looking for ways to improve the quality of life for our tenants and the local area, such as organising seaside trips, fun days, street festivals and other activities. We also need more volunteers to join us in participating and supporting our TMO.
Join Us to make a positive difference to your local community! As a member, you will help to ensure that tenants and leaseholders are at the centre of the Triangle TMO Ltd. All individuals aged 16 and over, as well as tenants or leaseholders are eligible to become members.

Joining a Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) is easy! All you need to do is contact the TMO Manager on 0203 373 4644 and they will help you through the process. Once you are a member, you will pay a one off life membership fee of £0.10. As a member of the TMO you will have access to a range of services and activities that will help you to get the most out of your tenancy. You will also have a direct say in decisions that affect you and your community. Join today and start making a difference
