  • What do I do if I am no longer in contact with my ex partner of whom I have a joint tenancy with?
    If you are unable to reach your ex partner, we would advise that you will need to obtain a court order in order for us to make your joint tenancy a sole tenancy.
  • I want to move out, how do I end my tenancy?
    As outlined in your tenancy agreement, kindly inform us in written notice at least 4 weeks before your intended departure from the property. It's important to be aware that you will incur a charge equivalent to four full weeks of rent starting from the date you provide us with your notice. Upon handing over the keys at the CTR TMO Office, it will be necessary to fill out a vacation form. This form will serve to confirm that you have emptied the property of all belongings and that you have surrendered the keys and your tenancy. Failure to do this, will cause you to incur further charges.
  • What is a Tenant Management Organisation (TMO)?
    A Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) is a resident-led organisation responsible for managing and maintaining housing and community services within a defined area. This includes tasks such as repairs, rent collection, and community development.

  • Is it still FREE to park in Trinity Gardens, Cliff Walk Estate?
    Our new parking enforcement is now in place and you are no longer allowed to park in the Estate Car Parks for free. If you do so, a ticket will be sent to your home address, and you will have to pay the fine.   • Who do I contact if I want to dispute a parking fine?

  • I am having financial difficulties, who can I speak to assist me with my rent?
    We hold a Rent Surgery in the main office every Wednesday between 10am to 4:00pm at CTR Triangle TMO at 17 Hermit Road, Canning Town, London, E16 4HP We can help discuss payment plans and also any Housing Benefit Queries you may have. You can book your appointment online or call the office.
  • I want to make a complaint about my neighbour?
    I am sorry you have had to make a complaint. Have you tried speaking with your neighbour directly to address the issue? If you do not feel comfortable to do so, that is fine. For the mean time, please keep a diary of the dates and times the issues are occurring. This will help build a case to support your complaint.
