The financial records of the Cliff Walk, Trinity Gardens, Radley Terrace TMO (Tenant Management Organisation) undergo a comprehensive yearly audit. This process is conducted jointly by the London Borough of Newham (LBN) and external auditors, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and accountability in our financial operations.
The audit encompasses a thorough examination of all income and expenditures associated with our TMO. This includes a breakdown of funds allocated to social events, parking management, and expenditures related to various contractors who contribute to the efficient functioning of the TMO, such as the Pinnacle Group and Olli Group.
We believe that transparency is paramount in maintaining the trust and confidence of our valued residents. As such, we make the audit reports accessible to all residents, enabling you to review them at your convenience.
