Car Park Gates
Tenants who have registered their vehicles with the TMO are allowed one fob key per household. If you lose your fob key, it will cost £50 to replace it. To request a new fob key, please contact us.
NPC Parking Enforcement
Please note that parking restrictions are still in place. Visitor parking remains at £3.50. We kindly ask you to pay on the day you wish to park. Visitors can use a fob key to enter the car park. For weekends, please ensure payment is made on the following Monday to avoid receiving a ticket.
All ticket appeals must be directed to the NPC Enforcement team to avoid further costs. You can contact them directly at 0330 111 5888.
If the car park is full, you are allowed to park at any other car parks covered by CTR.
