We hope this message finds you well. We understand that some of you have been experiencing issues with your current fob keys at Trinity Gardens. We’re pleased to inform you that a new key fob system will go live on Monday 9th September 2024
Please be aware:Your current fob keys will no longer work after this date.
The new key fobs have arrived and are now available for collection at the office. To collect your new key fob, please visit the office with a valid ID, sign a Terms and Conditions form, and then collect your key.
If you’re unable to collect the key yourself, you may authorise someone else to do so on your behalf. To do this, please provide a signed letter of authorisation along with a copy of your ID. The person collecting on your behalf will need to present their own ID as well as your authorisation letter to sign and collect the key.
A copy of the signed Terms and Conditions form will be provided for your records.
Please ensure you collect your new key fob by Friday 6th September 2024, to avoid any access issues after the new system goes live.
