Survey Updates - December 2023

We appreciate everyone who took the time to fill out and submit the surveys we provided. Out of the 300 copies distributed, we received 33 completed surveys. The results revealed concerns about Estate Parking, Neighbourhood Safety, and ongoing Repair Issues.

Estate Parking Update

Residents now have new parking permits, enabling them to park anywhere in Cliff Walk and Trinity Garden, provided the permit is visibly displayed on the car window.

For visitors, parking is available at a rate of £3.50, with payments accepted at the CTR office. Weekend parking is also an option, but advance payment is required. Visitors can pay in advance if they have the information or settle the fee on Monday for the duration of their stay in the car park.

Repairs

We understand your frustration with repairs whilst waiting for appointments and updates. CTR will now have a handyman on board to manage minor repairs for example, blocked sink, blocked toilet and other small repairs.  Our handy man will be available for evenings and weekend appointments.

This is to assist CTR Deliver a better and faster service for our residents.

Please be advised that major works will be carried out by Newham Council repairs team. In addition be advised that all repairs raised out of hours must be reported to the office the next working day.
