Dear residents,
I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue regarding waste disposal on the estates which has become a breeding ground for pests.
Recent observations indicate an increase in pest activity due to improperly disposed waste in public areas.
This is a health risks to residents and can lead to further infestations if not addressed promptly. CTR and Newham council will be working together to tackle the increase of pests on the estate such as mice, rats and foxes.
We do encourage residents to dispose of their waste in the communal bins and avoid rubbish and food left on the communal grounds. CTR plan to increase public awareness about proper waste disposal practices to reduce pestrelated issues affecting our community.
If you have any issues and would like to discuss this further please feel free to speak to the staff at the CTR office and we will be happy to assist.
Yours Sincerely
Michael Balogun
