NPC Parking Service

We are pleased to inform you that we have partnered with National Parking Control (NPC) to manage parking enforcement in Cliff Walk and Trinity Garden Estate. This is set to be in operation from 3rd April 2023 

Please note the following information.   

Annual Parking Permit Holders 

Update: 

Please come into the office by 9th October 2023 to collect your new Annual Parking Permit. 

When you receive your permit, please always place it on your vehicle clearly, when parked on the Estate to avoid getting a ticket. 

Visitor Parking Permits 

To obtain a visitors parking permit, you will need to come into the office to make payment of £3.50 per day, for x number of days you require.

The office is closed on the weekend, so you will need to come into the office the following Monday to pay for any visitor who parked at the Estate over the weekend, or they will receive a ticket.  Visitors can park on the street but will need to use the Ringo App to make payment, as this is also not free. Off street parking is dealt with Newham Council directly, should you have any issues, please contact them at: www.newham.gov.uk/parking-permits  

Please ensure that you and your visitors park only in marked bays as any vehicle found parked outside these bays and/or obstructing other vehicles and walkways will be ticketed.

Lost Permits 

If at any point you lose your permit it will need to contact NPC directly to request for a new permit. The replacement fee is £5.
