Newham Council handles all repair matters, whether they pertain to resident's personal repair issues or communal areas.

To report a new repair request, please complete form below or contact the CTR TMO office. Subsequently, the team will forward your request to Newham Council to resolve your issue.

You will be contacted by an officer to confirm the appointment time and date.

For concerns related to previous repairs, make sure to provide the job reference number to help us to investigate your issue sooner. Your complaint will be looked into and a response will be given within 10 working days.
