Invitation: Daytrip to Southend Pier and beach
We are pleased to announce an exciting daytrip to Southend Beach on 15th August2025. This fun-filled trip is a fantastic opportunity for tenants and their families to enjoy a day out at one of the UK’s most iconic amusement beach /pier.
The space are limited to 50 People. Subsequently due to the limited spaces, we can only allow up to 4 people per household, on a First come, first serve basis.

Date: Friday, 15th August 2025
Destination: Southend Beach Weston Esplanade, Southend –on-Sea, SS1 1EE
RSVP Deadline: Friday, 18th July 2025
To secure your place on the trip, please visit the CTR Office on Hermit Roadand pay a £5.00 Deposit per person, which will be returned back to you on the day of the trip. This must be a cash payment only. The address is shown on the other side of this letter.
Important Information:
Departure Time from CTR Office: 08:30am
Arrival time at Southend-on-Sea: Between 10am & 10:30am
Departure from Margate: 16:30pm
Arrival time at CTR Office: Between 18:00pm & 18:30pm
To confirm your attendance, please RSVP by 17:00pm on Friday, 18th July 2025. Children MUST be accompanied by parents and it is advised you bring your own lunches and snacks.
