We are writing to inform you that the carpark will be going live again from Wednesday, 30th July 2025. The parking enforcement provider has changed. This change has been implemented to ensure fair, safe, and consistent parking for all residents and their visitors.

Permit System
To park on the estate, all vehicles must:
• Park within a marked parking bay, and
• Be in possession of a valid PDUK permit (virtual for residents or scratch cards for visitors).
Previously issued permits
All previously issued parking permits by CTR are no longer valid. Residents are strongly advised to register or update their vehicle information with CTR effective from the date of this letter and up until the enforcement date of 30th July 2025 to ensure compliance. Failure to do so may result in the issuance of parking penalty notices if vehicles are parked within the parking enforcement zones.
Residents’ Vehicles:
All residents’ vehicles will be registered by the housing team in advance of the enforcement start date. If you have not already provided your vehicle details, please do so as soon as possible.
Vehicle Registration Documents Required
To register your vehicle and receive a permanent virtual permit, please provide the following documents. Without these, a virtual permit cannot be issued:
- Log Book showing the vehicle and driver registered at your address
- Valid MOT certificate
- Valid driver’s license
- Two proofs of address
- Valid insurance certificate
If you have previously registered your vehicle with CTR, your documentation remains valid. However, if you have not registered your vehicle or if you have a new car, please register your vehicle with CTR as soon as possible.
Please note there will only be one resident parking permit per household issued.
Personal Driveways
Properties with personal driveways are not eligible to have resident parking permits as these bays are reserved only for properties without personal driveways. However, properties with personal driveways still need to register their details at the office.
Blue Badge Holders:
Residents who hold a blue badge that are registered to their address must provide their vehicle registration number and a copy of their blue badge to staff in the office at CTR TMO. Once added to the permit system as a “Disabled Resident”, they will not be required to display their blue badge when parking in a designated disabled bay.
However, visitors using a disabled bay must display both a valid visitor scratch card permit and a valid blue badge at all times.
Visitor Permits:
• Daily visitor scratch card permits will be available to purchase at CTR TMO Office at 17Hermit Road, Canning Town, London, E16 4HP. The scratch card will cost £3.50 which will provide parking validity for a maximum of 24 hours.
• Visitors must display a valid visitor permit at all times.
• Visitor permits must be correctly validated by scratching off the correct day, date and time of arrival. Visitor permit will only be valid for a maximum of 24 hours. Mistakes on scratch card permits are not accepted.
• No visitor parking is permitted in the following car parks:
- 2- 96 Trinity Gardens, E16 4QA
- 9–19 Cliff Walk, E16 4HL
- 1–77 Trinity Gardens, E16 4QD

Parking Disputes:
To make a complaint or dispute any ticket, you must contact the company directly on 0203 773 9587. Alternatively or you can submit your appeal at parkdirectuk.zatappeal.com.
Contractors:
All contractors’ vans must display a valid visitor’s permit for the duration of their stay.
Important Enforcement Rules
• All vehicles must have a valid PDUK permit
• All vehicles must park inside a designated bay
• Ensure visitors are not parked in resident only car parks
