Removal of Door Mats from Communal Areas
We have identified several door mats being kept on the communal landings outside residents’ front doors.
Please be advised that personal items, including door mats, must not be left in communal areas. These items can create trip hazards, obstruct escape routes in the event of an emergency, and are not permitted under fire safety regulations.
We therefore ask that all door mats are removed from the communal landing within 7 days of the date of this letter.
Any door mats remaining in the communal areas after this period will be removed and disposed of without further notice.
