Please remove all buggies, bicycles, children’s toy bikes and any other personal belongings from the communal areas within 7 days of the date of this letter.
Communal areas must be kept clear at all times to comply with fire safety regulations and to ensure safe access and escape routes for all residents.
If these items are not removed within 7 days, they will be removed and disposed of without further notice.
