Invitation: Daytrip to Southend Pier and beach
We are pleased to announce an exciting daytrip to Southend Beach on 24th July 2026. This fun-filled trip is a fantastic opportunity for tenants and their families to enjoy a day out at one of the UK’s most iconic amusement beach /pier.
We have limited spaces on a first come, first serve basis. We can only allow up to 4 people per household.

Date: Friday, 24th July 2026
Destination: Southend Beach Weston Esplanade, Southend –on-Sea, SS1 1EE
RSVP Deadline: Friday, 17th July 2026
To secure your place on the trip, please visit the CTR Office on Hermit Road and pay a £5.00 Deposit per person, which will be returned to you on the day of the trip. This must be a cash payment only. The address is shown on the other side of this letter.
Important Information:
Departure Time from CTR Office: 8:30 am
Arrival time at Southend-on-Sea: Between 9 am & 10:30am
Departure from South end: 5 pm
Arrival time at CTR Office: Between 5 pm & 18:30pm
To confirm your attendance, please RSVP by 17:00pm on Friday,17th July 2026. Children MUST be accompanied by parents, and it is advised you bring your own lunches and snacks.
