Dear Residents,
Re: Health and Safety Concerns Regarding Mechanical Works on the Estate
During a recent estate walkabout, it was observed that mechanical work on motors and vehicles was being carried out in visible areas of the estate. This practice poses a significant health and safety risk, particularly due to potential oil spills and the presence of car parts scattered across the property.
We want to remind all residents that any mechanical work on vehicles must be done in a garage, and it is essential to ensure that no hazardous materials, such as oil or car parts, are left in public or communal areas.
Please be advised that if any further instances of this nature are observed, we will be forced to take appropriate action to address the issue. The safety of all residents is our priority, and we must work together to maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any questions or require clarification, please do not hesitate to contact CTR.
Yours sincerely,
